School Management System

This application helps to carry out the school management effectively. This application can be accessed by the board of directors, principal, teachers and parents. The aim of this application is to reduce the burden of the management. To use this application a unique username and password will be provided to each student at date of join to the school. This id will be used by the student until the student leaves the school.

The principal who plays a major role in administering the school can get the complete details of the entire faculty and the student’s class wise. The faculty can store and retrieve the information about the student’s profile, attendance and marks. Earlier, to maintain all these information was a difficult job but now, fetching and editing the records is made easier by using this application.

 Parents can view the marks obtained by their children in the examination. Any remarks posted by the teachers can be viewed by the parents. All the members of the school can get the updates which will be sent to their corresponding User Id. The fee details for the particular year will be sent to the students and parents can make online payment through which we can avoid long queue.  When the student or the faculty wants to take leave on a particular day, they can use the leave letter form where they need to give the details describing the date and reason for leave and submit the form to the higher authority and check the status. The students will receive the dates for their examination as and when the chart is prepared. Prior intimation will be sent to the students if there is any change in the time table. When any social gathering takes place in the school, an invitation will be sent all the members of the school. The list of holidays for the academic year will also be sent to the students.

The payroll for each staff in the school and their attendance will be maintained in this application. Any staff or student who takes a book from the library will be sent a message where the date of issue, date of return and the fine amount (if the book is not returned within due date) will be mentioned.

Thus this application assists the management of the school to maintain records efficiently and to compare the present status with the previous one for the development of the school.
